JOB OPENING – QS ENGINEER (RECLAMATION & MARINE WORKS)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced QS Engineer – Reclamation Expert with strong technical capability in quantity verification, survey data analysis, and marine works. The candidate must be proficient in Civil 3D and capable of independently extracting and verifying quantities from survey and design data.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and extract quantities for reclamation, dredging, and marine works
Analyze and process bathymetric survey data
Use Civil 3D for surface creation, volume calculations, and quantity take-offs
Cross-check quantities from pre- and post-dredge surveys
Coordinate with surveyors, planning, and construction teams
Prepare BOQs, interim payment certificates, and variation quantities
Support claims, measurements, and consultant/client submissions
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
2+ years experience in reclamation / marine projects.
Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D
Good understanding of:
Bathymetric surveys
Dredging & reclamation methodologies
Volume calculations & surface comparisons
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel
Experience working with consultants and clients in KSA
