?? Mechanical design review & constructability input
?? Supervision of HVAC & plumbing works
?? QA/QC inspections and compliance monitoring
?? Mechanical systems commissioning & testing
?? Coordination with contractors and multidisciplinary teams
???? Requirements
?? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
?? Minimum 8+ years experience in residential HVAC & mechanical systems
?? Strong knowledge of mechanical codes & standards
?? Excellent communication skills
