We are looking for an experienced Engineer specialized in Car Showroom Projects to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in showroom fit-out, coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute car showroom construction / fit-out projects from start to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Supervise site activities ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
Ensure compliance with Saudi standards, local authority requirements, and HSE rules
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (as applicable)
Minimum 5 years experience, with proven car showroom project experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of showroom finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out works
Experience working in Saudi Arabia
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills
Immediate or short notice availability preferred
