We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level technical support for end-users across hardware, software, networks, and systems. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in line with company policies and cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
???? Technical Support
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email systems, and business applications.
Assist users with system access, password resets, and account management.
????? Systems & Network Support
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated technical issues.
Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance.
Support CCTV, access control, and basic AV systems (if applicable).
???? Security & Compliance
Follow IT security policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection guidelines.
Ensure endpoint security (antivirus, updates, access control).
Report security incidents and vulnerabilities to IT management.
????? Asset & Documentation
Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware, software licenses).
Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the IT service system.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding by setting up and retrieving IT equipment.

Provide clear guidance and user training on IT tools and systems.
Maintain professional communication and high service standards.
Support IT projects and deployments as required.
