We’re Hiring Project Planning Engineer (Valve Service Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Engineer with a strong background in valve service and maintenance projects to join our growing project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules for valve service, maintenance, and shutdown activities
Monitor project progress and update schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and site teams to align planning with execution
Track manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
Identify schedule risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Support project controls, forecasting, and documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Mandatory experience in valve servicing / valve maintenance projects
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project planning experience
Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, and reporting
Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or plant maintenance projects
Key Skills
Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong reporting and documentation skills
