We’re Hiring – Mechanical Engineer (Fit-Out & Construction)
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fit-out and construction projects, including fast-track deliveries. This role involves site execution, coordination with clients and consultants, and ensuring timely project delivery.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 8 years of experience in mechanical systems. Good English communication skills are required, and experience attending weekly client and consultant meetings is preferred.
The role covers a wide range of mechanical systems, including fire fighting, HVAC, chilled water units, VRF systems, water supply and plumbing, as well as drainage systems. The candidate will also handle material and technical submittals, take-offs, ordering as per drawings, mechanical calculations, testing, commissioning, and preparation of as-built drawings. Coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors is essential.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is mandatory. Knowledge of HVAC or fire system design software such as HAP, Carrier is an advantage.
Candidates must have a valid and transferable Iqama and a valid driving licence. Ability to work under pressure and strong coordination skills are essential.
