Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all electrical site activities in line with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and follow up on electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical systems including : Power & lighting systems; Earthing & lightning protection; Fire alarm systems; - ELV systems (CCTV, access control, data, PA); MDB, SMDB, panels, and cabling works.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and QA/QC standards.
- Coordinate electrical works with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building / residential / high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and site execution practices.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools.
