BIM Draftsman – Finishing & Fit-out Projects

BAUMAT is a leading finishing and fit-out contractor in Saudi Arabia, delivering premium interior solutions across luxury commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. We are known for our precision, quality craftsmanship, and timely project execution.
We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Draftsman to join our growing technical team and support high-end fit-out projects through accurate modeling and detailed shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings
Develop and update BIM/Revit models for architectural & fit-out works
Produce joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, and finishing details
Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and Site Teams
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
Revise drawings based on site feedback and design changes
Maintain proper documentation and drawing control
Requirements
? Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field
? Minimum 3–5 years experience in BIM drafting or fit-out drafting
? Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
? Experience in interior/fit-out shop drawings (joinery & finishes preferred)
? Good coordination and detailing skills
? Knowledge of Saudi standards and site practices
? Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred
? Currently in KSA with transferable Iqama
