Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Proven experience working on solar projects
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to conduct site inspections and risk assessments
• Experience in implementing safety policies and compliance
• Good communication skills
• Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH / OSHA / equivalent preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Monitor site activities to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare safety reports and documentation
