We are hiring Structural Engineer with experince in Precast Factory have experince 5-8 years with degree and registered in Saudi Engineering Council.
Job Description :
Develop concept & detailed designs for specific precast concrete elements including double tees, hollow core slabs, insulated panels, columns, beams, and staircases, ensuring they meet both structural and aesthetic requirements.
Use advanced design techniques to optimize precast concrete shapes for strength, functionality, cost efficiency, and ease of transportation and installation.
Perform detailed structural analysis for loading conditions (dead, live, seismic, wind, thermal) based on project specifications and applicable codes.
Use Precast design software such as consis beam, Etabs & Safe and analyze the performance of precast concrete elements under various load cases and environmental conditions.
Analyze the behavior of joints, connections, and load transfers between precast components to ensure stability and safety.
Provide comprehensive design calculation packages, including structural analysis, material properties, reinforcement detailing, and manufacturing instructions.
Specify the connection details between precast components, including jointing methods, bolting, welding, and the integration of lifting points for transport and installation.
Design and specify the reinforcement required for each precast element, ensuring the correct type, grade, and placement of reinforcement to meet strength and durability requirements.
For prestressed precast elements, design the placement of tendons and the required pre-stress forces, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
