Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for our LGS prefabricated building products, building strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. This role requires a blend of technical engineering knowledge and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies to increase awareness of the company's products and achieve sales objectives.
•Identify new market opportunities and target potential clients in the construction and building sector.
•Build and foster strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•Conduct effective product and solution presentations to clients, explaining the technical and economic advantages of LGS prefabricated buildings.
•Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals.
•Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify trends and develop competitive marketing strategies.
•Participate in exhibitions and trade events to represent the company and promote its products.
•Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
•Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, design, engineering) to ensure client requirements are met and optimal solutions are provided.
•Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding LGS building systems.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction, contracting, or building materials sector (especially steel or prefabricated buildings).
•Strong understanding of engineering principles related to construction and building materials.
•Proven knowledge of sales and marketing fundamentals, including market analysis and sales strategy development.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within and outside Jeddah as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
•In-depth technical understanding of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) construction systems and their advantages.
•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
•Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
•Passion for innovation in the construction sector and sustainable building solutions.
