Job responsibilities:
* Maintain and control all FM-related documents including PM (Preventive Maintenance), CM (Corrective
Maintenance), and HSE reports.
* Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports t o the client as per SLA requirements.
* Manage document flow between operations team, supervisors, and client representatives.
* Maintain logs for work orders, service requests, asset records, and maintenance history.
* Ensure proper version control for all reports and technical documents.
* Coordinate with site teams to collect accurate data for reporting.
* Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
* Handle document submissions through client portals and document management systems.
* Maintain audit-ready documentation i n compliance with F M standards and airport regulations.
* Archive completed reports and maintain organized filing systems (soft & hard copies).
* Support internal and external audits by providing required documents promptly.
* Manage transmittals, submittals, and document distribution logs.
* Track pending approvals and follow up with concerned teams.
* Support preparation of monthly dashboards and performance summaries.
* Identify discrepancies i n reports and coordinate corrections with concerned team.
Ensure confidentiality and security o f sensitive documents.
Ensure proper documentation during handover and close-out stages.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
* Certification in Document Control or ISO standards i s an advantage. Good command of English and ideally,
knowledge of Arabic
* Strong knowledge o f F M reporting systems and documentation standards
Proticiency in MS Excel (advanced), Word, and reporting tools
* Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., IBM Maximo, CAFM software) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability t o work under pressure i n a 24/7 operational environment
