???? Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco & international engineering standards
???? Key Responsibilities
Perform civil inspections and prepare reports & recommendations
Inspect plant buildings, structures, coatings, and refractory systems
Prepare inspection scope for shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance
Review and verify Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Ensure compliance with YASREF procedures and quality standards
Conduct quality checks and inspection walkthroughs with contractors
Participate in safety inspections and quality meetings
Ensure compliance across all project stages (pre/post commissioning)
Review materials, construction activities, and quality procedures
