Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Indian National for the dual role of Project Engineer and Coordinator. This position is designed for a "technically sound" fresher who is ready to bridge the gap between engineering excellence and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring that technical MEP installations are performed correctly on-site while maintaining professional communication with our clients to ensure their requirements are met.
Technical & Site Responsibilities
On the technical side, you will supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately, ensuring all site work aligns with technical specifications and safety standards. You will be expected to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot and assist in material take-offs (BOQ) to ensure project resources are managed efficiently without wastage.
Coordination & Customer Interaction
Beyond the technical scope, you will serve as the primary coordinator for the project life cycle. This involves scheduling tasks, managing project timelines, and preparing daily progress reports. A key part of this role is professional customer interaction; you must be able to communicate project updates clearly to clients and address their concerns with a professional and solution-oriented attitude. Your goal is to ensure the project runs smoothly while keeping the client satisfied and informed.
Requirements & Compensation
The ideal candidate is a fresher with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who is "technically sound" and possesses excellent communication skills in English. We prefer Indian candidates who are hardworking, adaptable to startup culture, and ready to join immediately. We are offering a total salary package of 3,000 SAR per month.
