We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and field execution activities across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia, including telecom towers, weather monitoring stations, and roadside traffic enforcement and surveillance systems.
The candidate must have strong field experience in handling multiple sites, coordinating site activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting project execution across remote locations within the Kingdom.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of relevant experience in telecom infrastructure, weather stations, ITS systems, roadside surveillance systems, or related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites
Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teams
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules and technical requirements
Support troubleshooting and resolution of field technical issues
Prepare site reports, inspection records, work completion reports, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards at all sites
Coordinate material requirements, site logistics, and mobilization activities
Conduct site inspections and support client/site meetings when required
Handle multiple project sites simultaneously and travel frequently to remote locations across Saudi Arabia
Support project closeout and handover activities
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of relevant field experience
Experience handling multiple sites simultaneously is highly preferred
Willingness to travel extensively across project sites within Saudi Arabia
Strong understanding of field operations and site coordination activities
Good communication and reporting skills
Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory
Transferable Iqama preferred
