Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction projects in Saudi Arabia
Experience in preparing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical reports
Strong knowledge of project specifications, standards, and contract documents
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software
Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
