Urgent Hiring – Site Engineers (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical)

Project: Two Residential Palaces – Phase 2 Construction Works

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are pleased to announce the commencement of Phase 2 construction works for a prestigious Two Residential Palace Development in Riyadh following the successful completion of the structural works. We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our project team.

Open Positions

1. Site Engineer – Civil (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all civil and architectural site activities.

Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor subcontractors, quality, safety, and progress.

Prepare daily reports and coordinate inspections.

Assist in material planning and site logistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of building construction experience.

Experience in luxury residential, villa, palace, or high-end projects is preferred.

Knowledge of Saudi building standards and construction practices.

2. Site Engineer – Mechanical (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and mechanical installations.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Review shop drawings and monitor installation progress.

Conduct inspections and testing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of MEP construction experience.

Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects preferred.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

3. Site Engineer – Electrical (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical, low-current, and ELV installations.

Coordinate site activities with other engineering disciplines.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Monitor quality, testing, and commissioning activities.

Prepare progress reports and support project controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.

Experience in residential compounds, palaces, hotels, or high-end developments is preferred.

Knowledge of electrical systems, lighting controls, and ELV systems.
