An automotive company announces the availability of a "Debt Collection Officer" job vacancy to attract qualified talent who are able to manage collections efficiently and contribute to improving the company's financial flows.
???? Responsibilities and Tasks:
???? Follow-up on the collection of outstanding debts of customers in accordance with the approved policies.
???? Communicating with customers in a professional manner to collect financial dues.
???? Prepare and follow up on periodic collection reports and submit them to the Department.
???? Achieving the financial targets set by the company.
???? Follow up on cases of late payment and take appropriate measures.
???? Accurately document all collections and communicate with customers.
???? Coordinate with the financial departments to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements.
???? Contribute to the improvement of collection policies and procedures.
