1. Engineer

Job Description:

Perform inspections for all related works as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, applicable codes, and international standards.

Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Prepare WIRs, MIRs, inspection reports, and maintain quality documentation.

Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and resolution of technical issues.

Monitor and follow up on violations, NCRs, and site instructions (SIs), ensuring effective corrective actions are identified and implemented.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: 7–12 years (Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA or GCC)

Engineer – Mechanical

Discipline: Mechanical

Expertise: HVAC / Plumbing – Experience in mega projects

Engineer – Electrical

Discipline: Electrical

Expertise: Power Systems – Experience in mega projects

Engineer – Low Current

Discipline: Low Current

Expertise: ELV Systems – Experience in mega projects

2. Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise site activities related to assigned discipline and track work progress.

Coordinate with the QC Engineer for inspection requests.

Monitor workforce performance and ensure high-quality workmanship on-site.

Attend and follow up on site testing activities.

Check materials upon delivery and ensure proper storage on site.

Report daily progress, site activities, and quality issues to the QC Engineer.

Qualification: Diploma / Higher Diploma

Experience: 5–10 years (Minimum 3 years of experience in KSA or GCC)

Supervisor – Mechanical

Discipline: Mechanical

Expertise: MEP Site Supervision – Experience in mega projects

Supervisor – Electrical

Discipline: Electrical

Expertise: Electrical Site Supervision – Experience in mega projects

Supervisor – Low Current

Discipline: Low Current

Expertise: ELV Systems – Experience in mega projects

3. Document Controller

Job Description:

Implement procedures and workflows including but not limited to Document Control & Records Management (including document formatting, naming and numbering system).

Screen documents received from stakeholders, verify their completeness & compliance prior to creating the official submittal.

Create, upload, follow up, and download documents to/from PWS.

Documents Creation, submission, receiving, updating & archiving.

Updating Master logs on a regular basis with full meta data.

Coordinate with Stakeholders.

Proficiency in EDMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualification: Diploma / Higher Diploma

Experience: 3–7 years

Expertise: AutoCAD Draftsman with Document Control (DMS) Experience
