**Required Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Manage, control, and maintain all Material & Logistics documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Receive, register, track, distribute, and archive material and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, QA/QC, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure timely document processing.
- Maintain records for MRs, MRRs, GRNs, MIRs, DNs, MTNs, packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Monitor material documentation status and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and approved before distribution.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Track material movements, deliveries, issuance, and returns to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and project documentation.
- Experience with Aconex or similar document management platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
**Important Notes:**
- Minimum **5+ years** of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must demonstrate proven capability in material and logistics documentation control.
- Profiles that do not meet the required experience level or technical skill standards will be rejected without review.
**Duration:** Long Term
**Payment Terms:** Timesheet after 15–25 days salary
