Document Controller

???? Project: Technical Studies Project for the Closure of Ministry of Education Projects
Job Functions:
• Organize, manage and save project documents in accordance with the approved procedures.
• Follow-up on the issuance, receipt and distribution of documents among the relevant authorities.
• Archiving documents electronically and on paper.
• Preparing records and reports of document movement.
• Ensure that documents are updated and approved versions are preserved.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
• Experience in the field of document coordination and management, preferably in engineering projects.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
• High organizational skills and the ability to work within a team.
