Planning Engineer – Civil (Shutdown Project)

Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer (Civil Engineering background) for an immediate shutdown project awarded by Ma'aden. If you meet the qualifications below and are available to mobilize right away, please share your CVs to my WhatsApp number.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (SCE registration preferred).
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of project planning and scheduling experience in industrial projects/shutdowns.
Client Exposure:
a. Proven track record working directly with Ma'aden or SABIC facilities/standards.
b. Mastery in Primavera P6 with demonstrated capability in developing detailed Level-3 or Level-4 baseline schedules.
c. Hands-on experience developing and managing the Progress Measurement System (PMS) and maintaining supporting data for monthly billing/invoicing.
d. Ability to generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (S-Curves, look-aheads, delay analysis) for internal stakeholders and client management.
Mandatory: Iqama validity must be at least 6 months. Ajeer is required for immediate ID processing.
