A leading contracting company is seeking to hire an HSE Engineer. Work Location: Al-Qassim Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Requirements: Saudi national; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in occupational health and safety within construction or infrastructure projects. Preference given to candidates with experience in National Water Company (NWC) projects or similar government projects. Possession of professional safety certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, and OSHA (preferred). Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia. Ability to prepare safety plans, conduct risk assessments, manage work permits, and handle incident investigations and reporting.
