Dawaer AlSharq, a subsidiary of Maramer Group, is looking for an experienced Architectural Foreman to join our team for building construction projects.
Experience: 8+ years in building construction
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage architectural finishing and construction activities at site.
* Lead workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate daily activities with site engineers and other construction teams.
* Monitor blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, ceilings, doors, and other architectural works.
* Ensure proper quality, workmanship, and productivity of architectural works.
* Review drawings and coordinate with the site team to resolve technical issues.
* Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
* Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site procedures.
* Report progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
* Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Foreman in building construction.
* Strong hands-on experience in architectural finishing works.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
* Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
* Experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* GCC/Saudi building construction experience is preferred.
