# Key Responsibilities:
* HVAC ducting installation and fabrication
* Chilled water and refrigerant piping
* AC installation, testing and commissioning
* Duct insulation and aluminum cladding
* Ventilation and exhaust systems
* Plumbing and firefighting works
* Site supervision and team management
* Manpower planning and productivity control
* BOQ review and quantity estimation
* Costing and preparation of competitive quotations
* Coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors
# Candidate Requirements:
? Vast experience in building mechanical works
? Strong ability to manage and supervise teams
? Excellent knowledge of BOQ, costing and quotation preparation
? Good understanding of site execution and technical requirements
? **Arabic conversation and communication skills are compulsory**
