• Planning Engineer (Offshore Brownfield / EPC Projects) Minimum 03 Years Offshore experience

Job Purpose:-

To develop, maintain, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and progress measurements to ensure the successful execution of offshore and onshore construction projects in accordance with contract requirements, project milestones, and client expectations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Establish project WBS, activity coding structure, and logic networks.

• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and revised schedules.

• Develop detailed execution plans for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.

• Monitor critical and near-critical paths and recommend corrective actions.

Progress Monitoring & Control

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against approved baselines.

• Measure physical progress by discipline, area, and activity.

• Prepare weekly schedule updates and progress reports.

• Develop and maintain S-Curves, manpower histograms, and productivity tracking reports.

• Analyze schedule variances and recommend mitigation plans.

Resource Planning

• Develop manpower loading plans for offshore and onshore activities.

• Prepare equipment deployment schedules and logistics plans.

• Coordinate with project management, construction, procurement, and subcontractors regarding resource requirements.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, marine spreads, and construction equipment.

Reporting

• Weekly Progress Reports

• Monthly Progress Reports

• Look-Ahead Schedules (2-week / 4-week / 8-week)

• Recovery Plans

• Critical Path Analysis Reports

• Manpower Histograms

• Progress S-Curves

• Schedule Risk Assessments

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent).

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in planning and scheduling.

• Minimum 3 years experience in offshore oil & gas projects.

• Experience with Saudi Aramco projects preferred.

• Experience in brownfield shutdowns, hook-up, commissioning, and offshore construction activities is highly desirable.
