* System Design & Calculations: Produce detailed layout plans, schematics, and load calculations (HVAC, power distribution, water supply, and drainage) using software
* Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical data sheets provided by contractors and suppliers
* Track field changes and red-line drawings to prepare accurate as-built
* Conduct routine physical inspections to verify that MEP installations match approved drawings and specifications.

capable to meet consultant and generate BOQ
Familar with KSA Standards and codes
