HIRING: OFFICE / TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER
NTA Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Office / Technical Office Engineer to join us imedately
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs.
Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
Review architectural, civil, MEP and fit-out drawings.
Prepare and review shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Prepare RFIs, material submittals and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
Prepare variation orders and additional-work quotations.
Check site quantities and support progress/payment documentation.
Assist with procurement by reviewing material specifications and quantities.
Prepare as-built drawings and project close-out documents.
Provide technical support to site engineers and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in contracting, fit-out or construction.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Experience in fit-out, retail, F&B or commercial projects is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
