Project Engineers oversee signage projects from concept to completion. The individual should have a strong understanding of the signage industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage signage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new sales opportunities
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in project management in the signage industry
Strong understanding of signage manufacturing processes and materials
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
Additional but not mandatory:
Experience with digital signage, LED displays, or other related technologies
Knowledge of graphic design, printing, or fabrication processes
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
