We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our silica factory operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of industrial safety, dust control, and occupational health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies in factory operations
• Ensure safe handling of silica materials and control of dust exposure
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company safety standards
• Monitor PTW (Permit to Work) system and safe work practices
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for factory workers
• Ensure proper use of PPE and respiratory protection
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing safety
• Experience in cement, silica, or similar industries preferred
• Valid & Transferable Iqama (Mandatory)
• Saudi Aramco Approval (Preferred / Mandatory if applicable)
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required
• Knowledge of dust hazard control and occupational health risks
• Strong communication and reporting skills
