URGENT REQUIREMENTS.

1. MEP PROJECT MANAGER/ENGINEER. (Position Title)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer / Estimation Engineer to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering activities along with project estimation, costing, tender preparation, and execution support. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals, and coordinating site execution to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Site Coordination

Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents.

Supervise and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV works.

Ensure all MEP activities are executed as per approved drawings and standards.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.

Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.

Resolve technical and coordination issues at site.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Estimation & Tendering

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for MEP works.

Analyze RFQs, tender documents, and project requirements.

Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

Evaluate project costs, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.

Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Maintain estimation databases and pricing records.

Assist management in project budgeting and profitability analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP engineering and estimation.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.

Experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, and project costing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, MS Office, and estimation software.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Saudi standards, SBC, SEC, and Civil Defense regulations.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Project coordination and problem-solving ability.

Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.
