China Railway is currently seeking highly experienced professionals to join our team for prestigious High-Rise Building and Luxury Hospitality Projects.

Senior Technical Civil Engineer

Senior Technical Electrical Engineer

Senior Technical Mechanical Engineer

Senior Technical Architect

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering or architectural discipline.

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.

Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Construction Projects.

Mandatory experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Construction Projects.

Strong technical, coordination, and project execution skills.

GCC experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Technical Civil Engineer

Review and coordinate structural and civil engineering designs.

Manage technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction requirements.

Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants and project teams.

Senior Technical Electrical Engineer

Review and coordinate electrical systems design and installation.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

Manage technical submissions, material approvals, and site implementation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Senior Technical Mechanical Engineer

Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

Ensure proper coordination between mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines.

Support project execution and resolve technical challenges.

Senior Technical Architect

Review architectural designs, drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Manage architectural submittals and provide technical guidance during construction.

Only candidates with BOTH of the following qualifications will be considered:
