Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and control all construction documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and distribution to site teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain updated logs for drawings, submittals, transmittals, and approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for timely submission and review of documents.
- Ensure only latest approved drawings are used on site.
- Support QA/QC documentation, including MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and inspection records.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard?copy filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with project and ISO documentation standards.
- Minimum **2–5 years** experience in construction document control.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Pdf required
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in a relevant field.NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.M
