???? Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation in accordance with company and project procedures.
Control the receipt, registration, distribution, and tracking of project documents.
Maintain document registers, transmittals, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and revision records.
Ensure the latest approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and other documents are available to relevant teams.
Coordinate document submissions and approvals with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor document status, overdue submissions, and approvals.
Maintain proper electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Ensure document confidentiality, accuracy, and traceability.
Prepare regular document control reports and status updates.
Support project teams with document retrieval and archiving.
???? Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction, contracting, or engineering projects.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, EDMS, or similar platforms is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
